Serge is by far one of the best trainers I’ve ever trained with. He is extremely professional with all his appts and respects his client’s time. He has a great work ethic and takes training seriously, but at the same time knows how to make a hardcore workout so much fun. Serge will work with you on all aspects of fitness and self defense. Evis is a great trainer with a lot of knowledge about Kickboxing and martial arts in general He is very easygoing and has a laid back personality but don’t let that fool you:) He can really push you to the max As an intermediate level student I found his method to be interesting His aproach is very methodical and challenging which is what I was looking for As far as training intensity he can really get the best out of you with a very calm way I had so much fun on my first day and really enjoyed his teaching

For almost 10 years, Ali has been the perfect trainer for my 97-year old dad. With great sensitivity, respect and finesse, he has expertly crafted and customized workout experiences for my dad's specific and changing needs. He has helped my father to maintain his strength, independence and self-confidence by challenging him with various workout methods while always supporting him and encouraging him to stay active and fit both physically and mentally. He is patient, calm and has a great sense of humor, ensuring that their time together is enjoyable from start to finish for dad (even though it can sometimes be a challenge). While recuperating from a fall last year, dad became dangerously weak and had a hard time walking on his own or even getting up from bed or out of a chair. Ali monitored the situation closely and made sure that dad got back to the gym as soon as he was able, gradually and carefully helping him re-build his muscles, stamina and stability until he was again able to walk on his own, move freely, work out and enjoy his life as usual. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this testimonial to inform you of the talent and passion of my good friend, and teacher, Eric Stowe. While I met Eric while in high school, I did not get to know him until we met again after college. It is important to note, that up to age 19, I was overweight, and unfit physically. I was awkward, and when I walk, I tended, as my mother would say, to lumber. While in college, I lost a good bit of weight, and for a couple semesters, studied Shotokan Karate. Shotokan is a hard style karate, and practices included 45 minutes of strenuous exercise, followed by 15 to 30 minutes of technique or form. While my physical health improved some, I learned very little that would benefit me. After graduating, I met Eric when a mutual friend brought me to a class he was teaching. While we did warm up with some exercises, Eric quickly moved into techniques, so when we left the class, we had a feeling of accomplishment, that we had actually learned something that we could use. I immediately signed up to study under Eric, and continued to study with him for over 15 years. Within a year, my mother commented that while she wasn’t sure how she felt about me studying the martial arts, she loved the changes she had seen in me. I stood more erect, I no longer lumbered when I walked, I was more graceful on my feet and more confident in life in general. I have seen Eric work with both men and women, both younger and older. From a middle school aged boy who studied for several years, to a retired woman who joined the class for about one year. Eric is a gifted teacher whose flexibility ensures that everyone in the class, from the most inexperienced, to the seasoned veteran, benefit from the time spent with him. I would recommend anyone looking to improve their health, balance, or peace of mind in a violent world, to spend time studying with him.

The 8 year old who is bullied at school was very happy with his private lesson. He's already feeling more confident and has learned some self defense moves that are appropriate for his age, height, strength level, etc. John will be doing bi-weekly one on one self defense lessons for the next few weeks and then some. As a grandma, I'm very happy my grandon is learning how to protect himself, confidence, how to get out of bully situations, etc.

Private, personal self-defense, and martial arts lessons with a sensei who has been teaching students self-defense for over 30 years. I have a black belt in four separate martial arts and styles. I am dedicated and committed to both the martial arts and the student's learning and self-confidence. The martial arts began centuries ago with the teacher and student trusting and learning together in a unique and private setting. The student was able to not only learn self-defense, confidence, and protection skills, but they were also able to learn and grow as an individual and as a person. The element of trust became easier for the student as they were able to confide and learn in this sacred and private setting. There are no other students to distract you from learning, no lines, no substitute teachers, no being stuck in the back of the class or the back of the room. All questions were asked and all questions were relevant. The student was always the priority and the focus of the class and session. Always more time for learning and confidence building. That's the tradition where I came from and what I believe in. No uniform is required, no long term contract, and no hidden fee. The only request from me, Sensei Dennis, is for serious students only who keep their word, who come to class on time, who are respectful to the martial arts and the sensei, and who are willing to trust and learn. Any student who is willing to learn comes into the room leaving their ego at the door. With that agreement in mind, then that's our contract. Private classes are 90 minutes long and can be requested for any day of the week at any time provided that the time is not already scheduled. Semi-private and small group classes can be requested and done upon request. Classes can be in the day, afternoon, evening or late hours. Classes are for men, women, children, and couples. No age is too old or too young. Everyone is welcomed. Remember that personal safety and protection skills never goes out of style.
