Joe was the best trainer I’ve had. He was professional and punctual, and technique wise, he was really able to push me to my limit and reach goals I haven’t been able to in the past. I am a former athlete who didn’t think I needed a trainer but working with Joe I learned so much and was in the best shape of my adult life. I highly recommend Joe to anyone who wants to see actual improvements, he’s awesome!

I absolutely love working with Joseph! In just the first 3 months of our training I lost 20lbs, felt happier, and more in control of my life/health. He has been a real cheerleader throughout even days I was not feeling my best and always reminded me that this isn’t a sprint but a journey for the rest of my life. He is a great trainer and really does care about your health and progress! I’ve learned a lot him and highly recommend him to anyone looking to start their fitness journey. I am a beginner and his workouts were made for me. He is also really flexible and worked well with my busy schedule.
