FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Trainers vary, some from $60 all the way to $150. That all depends on the experience they have, the equipment they use, the hours of operation, the travel and many other things. I like to do a free evaluation and just let my clients know what they could improve on. Other than that, the pricing after that is to be determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through an Individual program that consist's of multiple tactics. Step 1: Assessment A consultation that consists of a Questionnaire for Wellness History, Exercise History, Nutritional Background, "Willingness to Commit" Questionnaire, and Physical Assessments. Step 2: Plan a program from Day 1 to Day (however long you see yourself to get you to your goal) One Half hour Complimentary Nutrition Session Step 3: Reassessment - Depending on how many times we see each other, we want to see what IS working and what ISN'T.
