I had Aircool repair my PTAC unit in my Manhattan apartment, and their service was excellent. The unit, in my kids' bedroom, needed urgent attention as it was struggling with heating and cooling.Aircool scheduled me quickly and arrived on time. They efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue, provided a clear quote beforehand, and also cleaned and checked the unit. They also have all the required insurances for my building, which was a big plus.My kids room is now comfortable again, and Im very satisfied with the result. Had Aircool come out to fix my central AC, and they did an amazing job! My AC had been acting up for a whilemaking weird noises and not cooling properlyso I finally called them to check it out. From the start, they were super easy to work with. Booking the appointment was a breeze, and they even fit me in earlier than expected.When Avi and another technician arrived, they were right on time and very friendly. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a busted capacitor and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Before they proceeded with the work, their office sent me a quote immediately, so there were no surprises.The team also noticed that my system needed a thorough service, so they cleaned the unit, checked the refrigerant levels, and made sure everything was running perfectly. By the time they left, my AC was blowing cold air like new! They even gave me some tips on how to keep it running efficiently, which was really helpful.If your central AC is giving you trouble, Aircool is the company you want.
