Josh photographed my son’s wedding this June 2022. He was FANTASTIC! Professional, unobtrusive, calm, flexible and an overall pleasure to work with! The pictures were everything we hoped they would be! We selected him because of the artistic viewpoint of his previous weddings and he did not disappoint!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings I have a starting point, but each wedding and client is different and may want different things. There is flexibility so that each client is given a custom package.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin a relationship either through email or on the phone. If the client lives close by, I will invite them for a coffee to discuss their project. If an out of town client, then we Skype or Face time meet. Afterwards we communicate on the phone or email. I will contact the client before the start date to confirm times and other details. Then that's it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh for photojournalism. I worked for State Legislature, and elected political figures in State government. And usually on the weekends I am working for real, photographing weddings!
