Having a top notch LinkedIn profile is just as important as having a great resume. One should really not go without the other. It caught the attention of the hiring manager when he Googled me and he was seriously impressed! I was immediately called for an interview and on the interview we discussed what was on the website in depth! It made a huge difference. I just had a client have a similar experience. 1. I send you the link to my resume intake form that includes a request for your current resume. I thoroughly analyze your current resume, review any jobs that you have applied to or want to apply to, and set up a consultation to discuss your career goals.
2. After you finish the resume intake form, I send a series of detailed questions that will help us capture your accomplishments so that we can document them and make your resume stand out.
3. I research each position to determine what the market is looking for in the candidate hiring process in terms of experience, key words, knowledge areas and overall skills.
4. I take the time to produce exceptional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles working with you to incorporate your "personal brand” so that the messaging you present to employers is consistent across all mediums.
5. If you choose, I do a complete LinkedIn profile overhaul on your site without you needing to do anything but accept the final product.
