What I requested was a deep clean of the bathroom and kitchen, plus a cleaning of the windows, oven and fridge. What I got was not that. In the bathroom, the bathtub was half done (definitely appreciate that the hardwater stains were gone though), the bathroom floor had sneaker prints, and the underside of the toilet seat was not done. In the kitchen, all the exterior surfaces and the microwave were great but not much was done in the fridge and oven. I had to redo it. The windows were half done. I had to redo that as well. I would recommend for a basic clean. Not a deep clean. And not for what they consider the extras.
