I was very pleased with the paint job that Precision Home Painters completed for me. Fabian was very responsive and kept in touch while I was evaluating multiple contractors. He did an extensive free in-home evaluation and gave me a quote that was far more competitive than the others I had received. I was a little skeptical at first because he said not every surface needed two coats of paint, but he gave me two separate quotes—one reflecting the second coat throughout and the second one without. Once I decided to hire them with the more affordable option, they were able to start within two days. Eduardo the painter was very experienced and did expert wall repair, prep and painting. He worked solo on my apartment over multiple days. There were a couple of schedule changes along the way, but because of the competitive pricing, I ended up adding the bathroom, and a second coat of paint in the living room and closet shelves. Fabian personally completed the finishing touches on the last day and the whole job was completed on schedule. I saved over $1,000 even with the addition of the bathroom and Fabian did not charge me for cleanup/garbage removal as some contractors do. If you’re looking for quality AND affordability, I highly recommend this company. Fabian is flexible and will work with you to achieve your desired goals.
