- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently, I continue my Food Service education through the New York Board of Health, to stay up on the latest developments in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into my line of work because of my passion for good tasting food. I would go out to restaurants and either not enjoy the food or the service. When I went to a restaurant and said I could cook the dish better...it was time for me to venture out on my own with the support of my family and friends.
