From the onset, communication was prompt, professional and courteous which resulted in me booking an appointment. At our appointment, Mr. Green arrived right on time. As a person who really appreciates punctuality it was a great start to the day. He is extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the process. He took his time and address each concern I had, as well as answer any and all questions. He provided reasonable pricing, and also came up with a great action plan for future service. Very professional and responsive. I called and with in an hour he was at my door. I was having a bed bug problem it’s been 3 days since he came to exterminate and So far so good. I haven’t had any bites and have only found dead bugs. If you are having this issue I recommend hiring Proven Pest Control NYC!
