If you have any questions and aren’t ready to book, please email me or feel free to text me directly using the contact method on my website. I am charged for every inquiry through the Thumbtack app. 3 hour minimum for NEW clients (required). No matter how small the project is, I require at minimum 3 hours or the cost will be the same, if less hours are used. Had a great experience with Joshelle. She started by helping me see positive possibility in the spaces of my apartment—while also listening to my specific priorities for her time there in terms of decluttering. She was a pleasure to work with. I've never had someone be so helpful in terms of sorting through paper clutter! In the end, we spent 5 hours instead of the planned 3. We got my goals accomplished in terms of de-cluttering. She also proposed/executed a quick change of some furniture at the end that made the benefit of the decluttering shine even more.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on an hourly basis this helps to make sure the project cost is conducive to your budget. It also allows us to adjust according to your schedule.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through the 3 D's when it comes to organizing: Declutter, Decode, and Design. We start off by decluttering. We go through the items and determine what items need to be kept (things that you need or that bring you joy). Then we decode, we talk through what in your current system isn't working and what things you would like to see done to help improve your space and your routine. Then we design the space according to your needs.
