At Pinks Windows Queens, we believe in fair, transparent pricing based on the specific needs of each property. Pricing can vary depending on factors such as the size of the property, number and type of windows, accessibility, level of buildup, and the services requested. We provide upfront estimates so customers understand the cost before work begins. We also offer maintenance plans for customers who want recurring service, which can provide savings while keeping their property looking its best year-round. Our goal isn't to simply offer the cheapest price we focus on providing professional, reliable service and high-quality results that deliver real value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make things simple and stress-free. We start by learning about the customer's property, the services they're interested in, and any specific concerns they may have. Depending on the project, we may request photos or conduct an on-site assessment so we can provide an accurate quote. Once the quote is approved, we schedule a convenient service date. Our technicians arrive prepared with the proper professional equipment and complete the work with attention to detail and respect for the property. Before leaving, we make sure the work has been completed properly and that the customer is satisfied with the results. For customers who want ongoing service, we can also recommend a maintenance schedule based on their property and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional exterior cleaning techniques, proper equipment use, job-site safety, and methods for cleaning different types of surfaces and glass. We use professional equipment and techniques for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. This includes traditional window-cleaning methods as well as water-fed pole and purified-water systems that allow us to safely and effectively clean exterior glass. We continually improve our techniques and train our technicians because different properties, surfaces, stains, and access conditions require different approaches.
