FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer great service at a fair price. The first session is the price listed. We can discuss different pricing options if customer is interested in long-term tutoring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation prior to the tutoring session with the customer/ caretaker first and get their perspective of the needs of the person getting services. Then I like to speak with the person receiving services to get their perspective on what they need support with. We do a session and then I speak with the customer/ caretaker and explain what I notice and my advice going forward.
