Bruce was very precise in his work and I really appreciated that he always responded almost immediately to any messages I sent him. He was also the first one to reply to my post initially. He was very easy to have around the house personality-wise. I could hardly believe that he drove 2 hours to Rochester to do my job! Didn't get any replies from painters in Rochester except one who wouldn't have been able to fit us into his schedule for a while.
