I recently used Ken to have 4 doors, a closet door and a bathroom mirror replaced. Not only was he prompt in responding to my message but he was quick to come and give me a quote with his worker Mike and told me exactly what I needed and even picked up the order from the store because my car was too small. He is very patient and answered all of my questions and responded to my calls and texts quickly. When they came to start the work, I had ordered the wrong items and they had to come back. He went above and beyond working around my schedule and fitting me into his hectic schedule days before Thanksgiving . He was very responsive from the beginning, was very friendly to work with and his level of customer service is outstanding! It was very refreshing to find someone who cares about the customer. His worker Mike showed up when he said he would, worked nonstop to make sure everything was done in one visit and was very personable, respectful and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He even fixed something that we did not initially discuss without hesitation. He is definitely an asset to the company and I will definitely be calling them back after the holidays for more work that I need done after the holidays!

Great communication from Ken. Team was able to make my ideas work. Fixed windows, floor, installed new bathroom fixtures, New light fixtures, and helped to execute some ideas for cosmetic issues that needed attention. Members of his team were polite and focused on completing tasks in a timely manner. Mike and Luke both took a great deal of time in completing their tasks to my satisfaction. Tile guy, “Cush” worked diligently to repair a floor that was improperly installed by previous contractor. I am already planning what I would like Ken to do next for my home!

We hired Long Island Fixer Upper to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our new co-op. Ken and his crew worked hard to get the job done with our desired timeframe. They were punctual and worked neatly, both qualities that are important to us. Ken kept in touch with us throughout the process, and we were confident that the job would be done right the first time. LI Fixer Upper came highly recommended by my niece so I called and had Ken come and give me an estimate to completely redo my bathroom. One of the best decisions I made. Very professional and do beautiful work. Am very happy with the finished product.
