I had a great experience with this pro. He came through Thumbtack and handled several jobs for me — fixing multiple outlets, installing two light fixtures, and installing a new front door. Everything was done carefully, neatly, and correctly the first time.
He was punctual, respectful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was tested and working before he left. The quality of the work really shows, especially with the door installation — solid and clean finish.

Lenny and his team did an amazing job painting my co-op for sale. He is prompt when replying to calls or texts. He explained everything they would do as far as any repairs prior to painting. He is very open, honest and transparent. Price for the job was very fair. I will definitely be calling him again for other work, and referring him to friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge either hourly or by the project. Typically on hourly job I charge $100 for first hour and $75/hour there after. I do estimate hours before doing the work so you have a total cost in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to visit with the customer when possible and look at the work they would like done. This also gives them an opportunity to meet and get to know me. Once we determine scope of work I will give them a quote and schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all of the OSHA training and safety classes and credentials. The rest of my education and background has come in the form of on the job training through the years.
