- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge either hourly or by the project. Typically on hourly job I charge $100 for first hour and $75/hour there after. I do estimate hours before doing the work so you have a total cost in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to visit with the customer when possible and look at the work they would like done. This also gives them an opportunity to meet and get to know me. Once we determine scope of work I will give them a quote and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all of the OSHA training and safety classes and credentials. The rest of my education and background has come in the form of on the job training through the years.
