We have been using Ula's service for about 7 years, They are very dependable and do a thorough job. Whenever anyone asks me "What is the secret to a good marriage ?" We say getting a house keeper. We used to argue about chores , cleaning etc, Now we just leave it up to Ula's girls and remain happily maried. The girls are friendly and trustworthy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i charge $30 per person or $35 if I have to use my cleaning supplies. for big jobs 8 hours or more I have special $25 an hour.without cleaning supplies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
usually i make appointment for free estimate. I love to meet in person new customer. When we agree on the price i will send team of two cleaners to clean the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I start cleaning business in 1993. All this years give me experience, so I'm very confident i can provide best service in this area.
