Came to move a large object, gave him plenty of info on what was needed. Showed up completely unprepared with nothing you actually needed to move anything with what appeared to be a 12 year old. Needless to say my husband ended up having to help and the $2500 piece of equipment I needed moved is now broken. My fault for not hiring an actual mover.
