I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Oatka Milk Products. He was a member of the IT group. I was always very impressed with his service because he typically knew the answer to any computer problems I was experiencing. If he had to explore the issue further he did so in a quick manner. Jeff was/is alway pleasant and knowledgable. He believed in helping his fellow employees work efficiently and always made sure we felt important. The only thing I did not like was that Jeff left Oatka for a new job opportunity. To be honest I sometimes still contact Jeff for some of my random technical issues or advice on electronics for personal use. I give him five stars and I'm sure that anyone that has worked with Jeff would do the same.

After the genius at the Apple Store could not help, Jeff helped me move my old photos from a "Time Machine" onto my new Mac Book Air. Because it was not at all simple, I was very grateful for his expertise. He is knowledgable and also personable. I would recommend him without reservation.
