Jeff conquered a hard hardware issue! My printer tray was stuck in my laser printer...he managed to gracefully un-jam it without damaging the printer. He came to my place, was very accommodating with scheduling a time, and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use him again for any other tech issues.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Oatka Milk Products. He was a member of the IT group. I was always very impressed with his service because he typically knew the answer to any computer problems I was experiencing. If he had to explore the issue further he did so in a quick manner. Jeff was/is alway pleasant and knowledgable. He believed in helping his fellow employees work efficiently and always made sure we felt important. The only thing I did not like was that Jeff left Oatka for a new job opportunity. To be honest I sometimes still contact Jeff for some of my random technical issues or advice on electronics for personal use. I give him five stars and I'm sure that anyone that has worked with Jeff would do the same.
