I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Oatka Milk Products. He was a member of the IT group. I was always very impressed with his service because he typically knew the answer to any computer problems I was experiencing. If he had to explore the issue further he did so in a quick manner. Jeff was/is alway pleasant and knowledgable. He believed in helping his fellow employees work efficiently and always made sure we felt important. The only thing I did not like was that Jeff left Oatka for a new job opportunity. To be honest I sometimes still contact Jeff for some of my random technical issues or advice on electronics for personal use. I give him five stars and I'm sure that anyone that has worked with Jeff would do the same.

Jeff has always been professional in every way. Punctual, appropriate, helpful and positively persistent in accomplishing the task. If something is beyond him he'll obtain the resources to resolve the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to call on his services.
