He completely redid the floors, handled some minor electrical work, and took care of painting throughout the space. Dan did a great job with our flooring. We have old 50's knotty pine walls and cabinets that we wanted to keep. He had to work with and remove three different old flooring materials. He made a stain color for the new wood floorboards that matched/complemented both the old and the new. He is a true craftsman and cares about the finished product.

Dan replaced the flooring in my basement after my sump pump broke and caused flooding, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. He used high-quality materials and delivered the work at what I truly believe is the best value you could get. The job was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, and the results are excellent. Beyond the craftsmanship, Dan was incredibly kind, professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and took great pride in his work. Most importantly, Dan is completely trustworthy—I felt confident having him in my home and knowing the work was being done honestly and with integrity. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I would absolutely hire Dan again for any project he’s able to take on and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work done right!
