Blerim responded quickly to our request. He came the next day and quickly solved the problem that was causing the leak that needed repair. He identified another leak that was a little more troublesome, however he took action, including a couple of trips to a local plumbing supply store, to secure the needed supplies. His fee was very reasonable and he was a very pleasant person to deal with. We would definitely consider hiring him again

I had a really bad experience with this plumber, Santana, and I’d caution anyone against hiring him or his company. He was dishonest from the start, claiming he bought parts for my sink but actually just used stuff from his van. When I asked for a receipt, he refused to provide one, which felt super sketchy. He also said that single-hole faucet would cost me $125 but I checked online and found good-quality ones, like Kohler, for $70–$89. That kind of markup is ridiculous!
It gets worse—he removed two valves, the drain pipe, and the faucet line from my sink, then bailed without finishing the job. This left my house without water, forcing me to shut off the main line. I had to call the police to deal with this mess. Overall, it was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I’d strongly recommend steering clear to avoid the same headache.
