FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to keep pricing transparent and fair. Most sessions include a base rate with clearly defined deliverables (like edited headshots or video clips). If a project requires additional time, locations, or post-production, I’ll always give you a heads-up in advance — no surprise fees. I also offer bundled rates for teams and repeat clients, and occasionally discounts for students, nonprofits, and creatives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll ask a few quick questions to understand your goals and timeline. From there, we’ll confirm scope, location, and any special requests. I’ll guide you through prep (whether that’s wardrobe tips or interview talking points), and on shoot day, I’ll keep things relaxed and collaborative. You’ll receive edited deliverables quickly — typically within 3–7 business days, depending on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience working behind and in front of the camera, with a background in both film production and performance. That dual perspective helps me coach clients naturally — whether we’re doing a high-pressure corporate shoot or a relaxed portrait session. I also stay current with the latest editing, lighting, and gear techniques to ensure a polished final product.
