Introduction: I am a licensed therapist and I specialize in Individual and Couples Counseling. Searching for a therapist is not easy. Therefore, I make sure that my approach is warm, inviting and non-judgmental. I use the Gottman’s Institute method when working with couples and my Christian values as a guide when working with all of my clients. I believe that your faith will be your most valuable resource when connecting with the inner strength needed to face life’s challenges.
We will also work on rationalization and learning to value yourself as an individual. Sometimes loving yourself is the biggest challenge but I will be with you every step of the way. Whether in my office or a quick pep talk over the phone, I will be there.
