Scheduled for 4pm - he was at my door on time. Looked at the problem and diagnosed with couple of possible issues - and worked his way. Found the problem, and tackled it - it was my expansion take and relief valve that needed to be replaced. He made sure everything is working and firing correctly - and verified all worked.
