It's rare to find plumbers that also do tile repair, a major point in their favor. They informed me about the structural issues in the plumbing they were repairing(that other plumbers had already told me about) without pushing me to spend money on an immediate repair, another trait I really respect.

Our furnace had been blowing out black smoke. We shut it off and put in a request. Alex responded immediately. He made himself available within a couple of hours and remediated the issue. He was informative, thorough in explaining the issue and fix to it. I appreciate him and the work he did as no one wants to be without heat or hot water for prolonged periods of time. He comes highly recommended. 5 stars. Will use again.
