It's rare to find plumbers that also do tile repair, a major point in their favor. They informed me about the structural issues in the plumbing they were repairing(that other plumbers had already told me about) without pushing me to spend money on an immediate repair, another trait I really respect.

What a meticulous, professional, honest, punctual, patient, and friendly individual! Alex unclogged two drains and repaired a leaking faucet, but his main priority was to please the customer. He patiently answered all of my questions, provided balanced advice on what I should do next (without attempting to sell additional services), and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed. I'm now canceling an existing service contract with a plumbing company that would send over an indifferent "tech" to do minimal work for double the price. Alex is the guy to go to now.
