They arrived a bit late but were quick to diagnose my issue. Hot water heater needed to be replaced, quote was given for next day. After the job was done, I was told the price was a few hundred dollars over the estimate. I was not forewarned about the possibility of a higher price, but I’m not one to argue. I wish that they had let me know when I was given the estimate that they may need to purchase other parts and had given a price range, but oh well.
