We hired Modo Renovations to renovate our kitchen and two bathrooms, and everything turned out amazing. The quality of the work was excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Spencer was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, guiding us through every detail and making sure each step was done right. The project ran smoothly and communication was great from start to finish. We’re very happy with the results and would highly recommend Modo Renovations.

Couldn't ask for a more professional and satisfying experience. Excellent work, all to schedule, and for a very competitive price. Modo Renovations gut renovated a bathroom of ours, including upgrading an 40-year old shower. The construction and aesthetic both exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Spencer, Eddie and the team are wonderful! They did such a phenomenal job! I had a very specific outcome in mind for a custom closet and Spencer was such a great partner in bringing my vision to life and even making recommendation for improvements that elevated the look. Construction in general can be a difficult process, waiting for materials, living in a construction site but they really made every effort to reduce any potential stress that naturally comes with the process. Big thank you to the team. Definitely hire them! Five stars! Before and after photos attached (white background and wire frames are before)
