I needed a handyman/plumber to replace the mixer/faucet in our shower. I contacted three handymen here, only Alex responded (and did so in less than one hour). The next day, he came out and surveyed the job, showing me what was wrong and why, and then giving me an estimate in both time and cost. Alex arrived to do the work the following day 5 minutes before the moment agreed to. He set up his tools, then went to Home Depot for the necessary parts, returning quite quickly. He did the job in bit less than the expected time. The job was done right, quickly, and on budget. I definitely plan to call Alex for any/all of my handyman and house repair needs in the future.
