Honestly SanMind were great value and quality repairmen, highly recommend. They were able to step by step, diagnose the issues with our washer, they were extremely up front on cost and timing, and communicated very well via pictures and updates (explanation) of the repair. SanMind was upfront about cost of repair vs replacement the entire time, and that honest communication didn’t make me feel like I was fixing something that should just be replaced. Would highly recommend, and will now use SanMind for all our appliances, i’m happy to provide a personal recommendation via phone also if useful.

I had an excellent experience with this company! My washing machine wasn’t draining, and the technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken drain sensor and replaced it efficiently. My washer is working perfectly again. The technician was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. He took the time to explain the repair, worked neatly, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. It’s clear this company values both quality workmanship and great customer service. Sanal showed up very quickly to my home on a Sunday to fix my Kenmore Refrigerator. There was a leak. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it as well. He also guarantees his labor for 60 days. I definitely will use him again for appliance repair.
