Honestly SanMind were great value and quality repairmen, highly recommend.
They were able to step by step, diagnose the issues with our washer, they were extremely up front on cost and timing, and communicated very well via pictures and updates (explanation) of the repair.
SanMind was upfront about cost of repair vs replacement the entire time, and that honest communication didn’t make me feel like I was fixing something that should just be replaced.
Would highly recommend, and will now use SanMind for all our appliances, i’m happy to provide a personal recommendation via phone also if useful.
