My name is Richard Cowan my specialty is Medical Massage. I am a NYS licensed Massage Therapist (30 years) and a NYS licensed Physical Therapist (25 years). I have treated medical problem with massage through out my career. Each session includes an evaluation or at least a discussion of your medical problem. I utilize Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Stretching with every treatment. While my specialty is Medical I can give a massage that will relax and soothe your tension away. I am vaccinated x3. My fee is $100 an hour for the first session after that its $100 a session no time limit.

I had my first session, was looking for some help since having spinal fusion surgery 2 years ago, I haven't been 100%. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me about my situation and things I can do daily to help. He explained everything as we had an intial initial assessment of my movement. Hughley recommend!

I hesitate to write such a glowing review because I feel like I discovered a hidden gem with Richard and want to keep him all to myself! He really is that good. Pressure was responsive to my needs. He definitely knows the body and the way it moves from his years of work and his energy is so positive and healing. Well worth the expense and he’s also very reasonably priced to top it all off. You won’t regret booking a massage with Richard!
