Work was done at a very reasonable cost. Technician worked through seeral problem areas to solve my problem and even addressed several other issues to ensure my computer would operate properly and ensure minimal conflict between Windows 11 update and present computer setup. He was very patient with me as I am a very unsophisticated user. I was very satisfied with the serrvice I received.
