I was very new to the concept of a VA and wasn’t entirely sure until I used AugustPOPS services, she is very approachable, extremely organized and immediately got to work helping me organize my very hectic life with tools I was able to learn quickly to navigate. It was the best investment i could give myself to keep all the balls i juggle in the air. She will also make sure you don’t forget your personal relationships by suggesting ways to remember and honor important events. Home Organizing

This is the kind of therapy I've needed for many years. Jo-Ann helped me not just to get my apartment organized in time for an inspection (which of course, I had put off till the last minute), but helped me to think about my space in ways I hadn't before and to re-think my ideas of "perfection." She was so flexible and open-minded and respected my boundaries. When I told her I didn't think the way she had arranged a closet would work for me, she helped me re-arrange it in a way I'm very happy with. I finally feel like I can start living my life in my apartment. In addition, Jo-Ann was a lot of fun to talk to, down-to-earth, and helped me feel at ease. She admitted that she herself isn't always the most organized, which makes her more empathetic to people like me. I've read several books on how to organize, and while they've had helpful ideas, I've never been able to push myself to fully implement and stick with them. I'm glad I was able to admit to myself that I needed a professional to physically come in and help me get things together, and that I picked Jo-Ann to be that professional.

Home Organizing

I called Joanne with ‘mission impossible’ in my basement. It was five storage rooms worth and 38 years of storing books, clothes, furniture and memorabilia. Joanne was not daunted, she created a system and thoughtfully nudged me through it all. She was part shrink and part chief operating officer. Joanne kept both my husband and myself on the path and actually made it fun- lots of laughs and good humor. She is part angel and part guard dog- guarding your future and how you envision your self living in that future. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would... I would double that 5. Hire her- she is worth every penny!
