FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common benefit I give my clients is to hear what they say. The client may not always understand the real issue until they are given a chance to talk through it. Once we have uncovered the issue, we work together as coach and client to get past concerns that are holding the client back.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please take advantage of the complimentary consultation I offer to be sure that we are a good match as coach and client.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Several years ago, a family member stopped speaking to all of us. It was such a loss that I grieved over it for a long time. Rather than continue to grieve, I created a board game called Speaking or Not: Putting the Fun Back in the Dysfunctional Family. The game allows families to reconnect, share memories and tell stories in a non-confrontational setting.
