I can't say enough good things about Louis - he is an absolute gem. From the moment I posted my furniture removal job, he proactively reached out, pitched the job, and responded to every message within seconds. I finally made the decision to part with a couch I’ve had for many years, but I had no idea how difficult it would be to remove.
