The company was responsive and sent 2 workers with same day notice. Then 1 worker had a sick child which made the 1 worker late in coming. I asked for cleaning and laundry. This was a lot for 1 person and when it took too long into the evening ( started at 3 and ended at 8), I requested the worker to stop. I was allowed to pay a discounted price. Yes, the company offered to come again for free but I have a tight schedule during the work week. I was fine with the cleaning the worker did. Sending a worker over quickly did help because, I was behind in house worker and I needed that jumpstart.
