I am extremely pleased with the service I received. My water heater broke on a holiday weekend. I called them and Vinnie came first thing the following morning! He replaced my water heater and hauled the old one. I highly recommend him, he was professional, informative and efficient. I cant say enough good things about my experience! Thanks to him my Valentines weekend is off to a great start!

Extremely pleasant and painless experience from start to finish. I reached out to strictly water heaters in a panic and they were at my house within the hour! Being a single mom with no knowledge of water heaters or what the job entailed I was a little nervous I was going to get scammed or go broke. Technician was friendly, polite and beyond reassuring, he even went through and explained everything that would be done and was patient while I asked never ending questions.Price was very reasonable and straightforward compared to others and he understood I was crunched for time because of my kids so he did his best to get everything done fast, complete and left no mess! Finding someone I trust in my home was a huge plus, definitely would use them again for service and would highly recommend to family and friends!
