Wow! Let me just say I remain shocked and awed by the response, the professionalism, the service, and the result. I had a flight in the morning opened up my laptop and found the battery was dead. I called duck duck and they were there, made a plan, and arrived at my apt that night and installed the new battery. On top of that when he was done, he put in software for my mouse that I never knew existed. Amazing. Not that I want anything to go wrong again but in a way it would be OK because I know they would save me. HIRE THEM!
