I needed help upgrading my dated security system and various locks to work remotely as I live in FL part of the year and am renting the house for the first time. They installed a Ring Security system with multiple sensors, installed 2 Ring doorbells, installed a Yale front door lock, and helped me with two digital locks on a closet and attic door. As technology always goes, there were a number of hiccups with the products I bought being faulty and one where I didn't think it through properly - but they were amazing at resolving all the issues and being super supportive along the way. I was already remote and I had a lot of questions and Richard was the best at thinking it all through with me. They are incredibly trustworthy, really friendly, professional, and reliable... win, win, win! Ryon was super professional and easy to work with from the start. We actually sketched out the idea together to make sure the swivel worked exactly how I wanted. He had a custom steel pedestal built for the TV and cemented into the ground, so it’s rock solid and feels very well thought out. They also added two outdoor speakers, which is awesome because I can use them for TV audio or just play music when we’re outside. Everything came out great, and the quality of the work really shows. I’d definitely recommend Hyde Tech Unlimited to anyone looking for a clean, professional install done right."See more
