I booked a time on Thumbtack. Darren contacted me later, letting me know that the time slot was actually not available. Although he was fully booked, he squeezed in a slot at 7:00 Monday morning. He came on time and was able to fix the issue quickly. I'll definitely call him again if a plumbing problem pops up in the future.

Darren was absolutely AMAZING! Punctual, communicated clearly, and even enjoyed chatting with him! He installed a new kitchen sink and faucet and replaced and fixed some of the plumbing/pipes. 💯 percent recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat!!

Darren is a talented plumber and a lovely fellow. He replaced an existing toilet and sink/cabinet. His price was fair and upfront. He was communicative throughout. He was on time! His work was careful, neat, and very well done. Like all projects, there were curve balls, and he solved all of them, AND had the parts and materials to do so. He cleaned AS HE WORKED! In addition to his plumbing skills, Darren is a fine young man. I recommend D.N.A without hesitation.

I rarely give reviews, but felt inclined here given the level of service from DNA. Not only was the process extremely smooth from booking (arrived early), but he also went above and beyond after several attempts given issues with the piping system. Others likely would’ve given up, but DNA made sure they wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed. Would highly recommend for any plumbing issues.
