He even accommodated my request to make the floodlight flush against the house, even though that was a harder install.
I did need to buy most of the supplies in addition to the fixtures (2 of the 3 gfci outlets, electrical wire, electrical boxes), but for the good price that he gave me that seemed very fair.

1) He gave me an honest estimate of what everything would cost and offered suggestions to some of my choices.
2) He was willing to purchase some of the materials for me that I was unfamiliar with.
He always checked with me to make sure I approved anything he was buying that we had not agreed to.
3) He worked fast but was always meticulous, skillful, and proficient at what he was doing during the time scheduled. He especially paid attention to details and demonstrated to me he is knowledgeable about his profession. He was also willing to explain to me what he was doing while he was completing each project.
4) He is accessible. He will respond to your calls and text messages. I was able to contact him immediately.
4) In conclusion, I found him to be friendly, professional, conscientious, methodical, affordable, and a master of his
trade!
