- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our event staffing's rates vary on the weekends and major holidays. (Booking and transportation fee may apply). Pricing on Event Staffing Services: Weekday rates start at $26 per hr each Weekend rates start at $28 per hr each Holiday rates start at $35 per hr each Available Staff: (4 hrs minimum booking hours) *Brand Ambassadors / Greeters *Coat checks / Dishwashers / Bussers *Chefs / Prep Cooks / Grill Cooks *Servers / Attendants / Tuxedo Wait Staff * Captains / Event Planners Pricing on Bartending Services (3 hours minimum booking hours) *Bartenders - $30 per hr each / Holiday $35 per hr *Mixologists - $35 per hr each / Holiday $40 per hr (We recommend 15 - 18% gratuity to each staff member at the end of your event that reflects their work performance) AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: We provide party rentals (the delivery is made 1 day before your event and pick up 1 day after). *Beverage Package: Mixers, Juices, Waters, Sodas Only: $7 pp *6 ft portable bar $125.00 *Glassware (Water, All purpose Wine, Champagne) $3.00 per person *Plastic 8 ozs Tumbers .40c per person *1-50 quart Ice coolers, bar mat, Ice Bucket, Ice Scoop, Shaker, Napkin dispensers with Beverage Napkins & Stirrers $65.00 Catering Services upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will collect all information of the event and for bigger event, we may request a walk through at the event venue. We will then invoice the customer and upon confirmation of booking we require a deposit and the balance to be paid on day of event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Milton graduated from Johnson and Wales College in 1986 with an associate science degree in Culinary arts and food service management, holds several food protection certifications from ServSafe and New York City Department of Health and worked as a Culinary Arts Instructor, Executive Chef, Caterer, Program Director, Culinary Director and currently working as the owner of Studio Event Staffing Inc.
