- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually start our pricing at a standard service call fee which will vary depending on where you are located then we explain treatment plans and pricing either the time of service call or before hand if the client is pretty sure of what there problems are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and understand the problems and concerns any new customer may have and by using our extensive knowledge in our field we meet on our first service call and try to point and explain a proper treatment plant to eradicate there pest issues
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed pesticide applicators in the state of New York with extensive training and continuing education in the indoor and outdoor pest control field. We always want to be ready to help our customers the most effective ways possible.
