- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system because repair work is very difficult. I usually have to look at the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to meet their level of expectation and exceeded it. I mostly work by references so their interests are my interests. from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting for 25 years. the best education you can have is knowing exactly what the customer wants. Their concerns are my concerns. Our motto is the difficult we do right away the impossible just takes a little bit longer.
