- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $95 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $145. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have technicians with a minimum of 5 years of experience in appliance repair in New York. Our professional staff know how to make our customers happy, satisfied, and loyal for many years. Our master technicians are qualified and trained to repair commercial and household equipment and models: refrigerators, stoves, cooktops, ovens, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers.
