I never write reviews because if it’s a poor review then the company already knows who they are and they won’t last long, if it’s a Mediocre job then there’s no reason for a review - but when a company is truly phenomenal and their professionals (George) go above and beyond they deserve a review to match.
We bought a Miele dishwasher a little over a year ago when we started construction on our city condo, we just got around to installing the appliances and guess what the manufacturer warranty is up and the retail shop won’t help so after spending 2k on a dishwasher we felt swindled and pissed no recourse until we found this company on Thumbtack - I spoke to the company and told them my situation and despite having a estimate fee they told me they would wave it if they can’t fix the problem and I was preparing for a confrontation because it’s one thing to say it and it’s another thing to keep your word - their rep showed up on time (early) polite, covered his boots with slip on covers, and went straight to work within minutes George figured out the issue fixed it and then spent a good amount of time checking, rechecking and rechecking his work to make sure it’s perfect he charged a truly reasonable fee, he showed empathy and genuine care - his knowledge is Bar none!
And the icing on the cake the same store that we ordered the Dishwasher from we also ordered a Miele Downdraft from which initially was missing a plug and George took two seconds to figure out a work around that I can do myself.
I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Alex was GREAT! Was up front with cost and explained how their warranty on labor works if they need to come back (6 months free!). Was able to fix my dishwasher in just one visit and explain to me exactly what was wrong and what he was doing. Recommend to anyone needing appliancerepairs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $95 for almost all appliances except for the AC units which is $145. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor.
We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - 6 months for the part.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, come for the diagnostics, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have technicians with a minimum of 5 years of experience in appliance repair in New York. Our professional staff know how to make our customers happy, satisfied, and loyal for many years. Our master technicians are qualified and trained to repair commercial and household equipment and models: refrigerators, stoves, cooktops, ovens, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers.
