What a wonderful experience working with Marley! I will definitely use him again in the future! He was prompt, polite, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. I have three old appliances ( Viking Oven , subzero fridge and a Miele washing machine) and he gave me guidance on all of them even though i just called him to repair the washer. We had a slight hiccup with the washer and he came back the same day. I also had a wrong part come in and he didn’t charge me for another service call despite coming back for nothing. Marley is friendly, honest and a fantastic repairman. Do not hesitate to call him !

Marley showed up very punctually and clearly is an expert, well-versed in the intricacies of high end appliances; he immediately recognized the problem with my Bosch washer and within literally 15 minutes had fixed the problem; he also gave me good advice how to take care of my appliance; was very humble and professional but is top notch! I would use him for all the appliances (Miele, SubZero, Bosch) would hire him again in a second. Great value for top quality.

I appreciate Marley’s work and responsiveness. My oven wasn’t working, we thought it was thermostat issue. Contacted Marley, he ordered a new thermostat and came and replaced it. Little that we knew it wasn’t the right issue, rather it was elements issue. So Marley came for a second time and replaced the elements with no extra charge. Oven is working perfectly fine now. Highly recommend Expert High End Appliances.
