Very pleased and highly recommend this business. Our fridge broke, Alex returned my messages immediately, was here to fix the problem within an hour of our phone call, had the necessary parts with him and within an hour of that we were back in business with a working refrigerator. Very clean and professional. They will definitely be the first phone call I make in the future if another appliance needs repair.

Sam was our engineer and he was great. Our old Frigidaire stackable dryer had stopped working and I was hoping to save it with a repair. I'd already replaced a small part my self a year ago but felt that anything more was beyond my capacity. Sam came and took the machine apart for about 30 minutes and concluded that the motor was shot. He offered both a repair solution and a temporary fix that he tried but that didn't work. Anyway we both figured out it wasn't worth it ultimately. He suggested a new machine, with a specific model, and explained why it would be so much better than any older one. Very helpful.
The final bill for his services shocked me it was so low.
So you will not go wrong with Sam.
He was on time and my communications setting things up with Artur were rapid, efficient and easy.

Cleaned out my dryer vent with ease, I thought the problem was bigger, but they just explained that it was extremely dirty.
Response time was amazing from start to finish. Came when they said they would.
Really pleasant, professional and great repair company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call is $75. Minimal labor fee is $185. Therefore, the simplest repair, such as Whirlpool dryer drive belt replacement, will cost $195 before taxes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no difference between a new and a returning customer for me. I treat all customers as members of my family. I charge a service call fee, but I always deduct it from the final repair cost. Therefore, my customer only pay for the part and the labor to replace it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mathematical education and higher engineering degree allow me to feel confident with electronics for the past 20 years. Professionally, I have over 10 years of technical experience in the refrigeration field.
