I hired K&D to fix my dishwasher. The repairman they sent spoke only Russian. We tried to communicate with Google Translate, but he essentially diagnosed the problem without any information from me because he couldn't understand me.
They had to buy a part and come back later to install it. I texted the day before to confirm that the part arrived, which they confirmed. The next morning, they told me the wrong part had been ordered and they needed to postpone.
When the part is finally installed, the water comes into my dishwasher, but just sits in the bottom. The repairman says it is fixed and tries to leave. I call the office to get someone to translate, this was the problem all along. The water goes in the bottom but just sits there. He pulls out the dishwasher and does something until it starts making noises that indicate the water is getting swished up to the top.
Of course, that is the only time the dishwasher worked. I called them back, they sent the same guy, who says (through Google Translate) that now there's another part that needs to be replaced. Everybody is acting like this is a brand new problem, when it is the problem I initially called about. I try to talk to the office, they refuse and say they will write up a report. I try again to talk to them, they say they need to talk to the head engineer. They say they will get back to me with a price, but then ghost me. I haven't heard from then in five days, I'm out $330, and I still have a broken dishwasher.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during this repair process.
We would like to clarify that the original issue reported during the first service visit was that water was not entering the dishwasher at all from the household water supply. During our diagnostic inspection, we identified faulty components, including the water inlet valve and the water level sensor. These parts were replaced, and after replacement the dishwasher began filling with water properly again.
At the time of the initial diagnostic, it was not possible to fully test the wash circulation system or identify an additional wash pump issue because the machine could not fill with water. Without water entering the dishwasher, the circulation pump could not operate under normal conditions for testing.
Once the water supply issue was resolved, an additional problem with the wash pump became visible during operation. After further testing, the circulation system temporarily resumed operation, and video documentation was recorded showing water inside the dishwasher during the cycle.
Based on the machine’s condition, it appeared possible that the pump issue developed from the dishwasher sitting unused without proper water circulation for an extended period of time. We would also like to clarify that our technician did not damage the appliance.
We truly regret the delay caused by the incorrect part shipment from the supplier, as well as the communication difficulties you experienced. We understand how frustrating this situation was and apologize that you felt unsupported during the process.
Our intention has always been to properly diagnose and repair the appliance based on the symptoms visible at each stage of testing. Unfortunately, with appliance repairs, additional hidden issues can sometimes only become apparent after the primary failure is resolved.
